FULL DAY MEDIATION RATE: $6,000
HALF DAY MEDIATION RATE: $3,000

Full day mediations include eight hours of mediation time, as well as time to review written briefs. Half day mediations include four hours of mediation time, as well as time to review written briefs. There is no case administration fee billed to the client. Additional time spent after the scheduled mediation time will be billed at the rate of $400 per hour. Unless otherwise agreed to between the parties, each party is responsible for one-half of the fees incurred.

If a case is canceled or continued within thirty days of the date set for mediation, the parties will be jointly and severally liable for a cancellation or continuance fee of one half the mediation fee. The mediation fee will be fully refunded if the mediation is cancelled or continued at least thirty days prior to the scheduled mediation.
